Locked Status.rep -- Symptoms and Solutions
Sometimes the status.rep file of a recording of the channels is locked.
It shows "No Update" in alert tab, but the thumbnail is refreshing.
Or it shows in SystemConfig "Error: Status file too old" , and thumbnail green and recording.
- Go to the status rep file of that channel in d:\media\record\channelXXX
- Try to delete it
- Go to the UI server - do IISRESET
- Try to delete the status.rep file
