Issue: When installing MySQL and the MySQL Instance gets stuck during "Start Service"
Bug: This can occur if the Windows is located on a system which is over 2TB sized, this is a known bug in MySQL
Solution: Windows Installation must be on a partition less then 2TB, if installed on a RAID, make sure to create a different Array for OS and Data
