To Access VM, click on "Compute Engine", then select "VM Instances"


In the "VM Instances" you can select to START or STOP an existing VM


To Access the VM, use RDP with the "External IP" (eg: 35.245.70.222)

Note: IP Changes any time the VM is restarted
